Allison Baker brings frontline mobile crisis intervention expertise to Naytron Community Crisis Solutions, where she helps jurisdictions design and implement evidence-based crisis response programs that prioritize community safety and mental health outcomes.
Drawing from her experience as a Mobile Crisis Medical & Behavioral Specialist, with multiple organizations, Allison provides consulting clients with real-world insights into mobile crisis operations. Her direct experience responding to 911, 988, and psychiatric emergency calls, successfully diverting individuals from emergency rooms and jails toward community-based care, informs her practical approach to program design and implementation.
Allison specializes in helping communities establish mobile crisis teams that reduce unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations and justice-related incarcerations. Her expertise includes clinical protocol development, crisis de-escalation training, trauma-informed care frameworks, and building effective partnerships between behavioral health systems and emergency services. She understands firsthand how properly designed mobile crisis programs free up law enforcement resources while delivering superior outcomes for individuals in mental health crisis.
With additional experience in psychiatric facility operations, emergency medical services, and community mental health program delivery, Allison brings a comprehensive understanding of the full crisis continuum. She holds a B.S. in Human Development from UC Davis and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work in Behavioral Health at University of the Pacific, Sacramento.
